1. Introduction

Welcome to Vested Collective.. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase online.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products displayed are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and received.
  • We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and other secure gateways.
  • In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are processed using the exact shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Vested Collective is not responsible for any lost, delayed or mis-delivered packages resulting from an incorrect address input by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred to re-ship a returned package due to an address error will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Collection option is available from Kloof, Kwa Zulu Natal.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We’ll gladly exchange or credit returns (online coupon). Sorry, No cash refunds. Returns to be done within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with tags still in place and in original packaging.
  • Sale items and personalized products are non-returnable/non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds (online coupon) and Returns are accepted only for items with confirmed manufacturing defects. To be eligible, issues must be reported to hello@vestedcollective.co.za within 7 days of receipt of the items, accompanied by photographic evidence and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse or wear.
